The 9 Furnas Villa is located in Fundadores do Futebol Clube Vale Formoso street, at number 9, in Furnas, at the heart of the parish, in a quiet area located a few minutes from every commodity and main attraction that Furnas has to offer. It is a modern and cozy two-stories house, exquisitely staged and furnished, able to accommodate six guests. The main floor depicts a kitchenette and a living-room in an open concept, a bathroom (with shower) and a pleasant terrace; the first floor have two bedrooms (a master bedroom and the other with two single beds) and a bathroom (also with a shower). The house is equipped with free WiFi and all kitchenware, cable TV, air conditioner, dishwasher and washing machine, vacuum cleaner, electric stove, hood, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, and hairdryer. Its designation («Furnas») is related to secondary volcanic manifestations that occur in the valley, known as fumaroles or volcanic calderas. In such scenic paradise, there is a diversity of both mineral and thermal waters within which excels thermal pools as «Poça da Dona Beija» and the emblematic pool at the «Terra Nostra» park. This last one is located in the botanical garden with the same name. The Lagoa das Furnas («Furnas» lagoon) is the visiting card of the place, resplendent among blooming gardens and thriving bushes evoking true fairy tales. At its margins, one can find, on one side, the chapel of «Nossa Senhora das Vitórias», and, on the opposite side, the area where the famous «cozido das Furnas» is cooked, under the heated soil thanks to the action of the fumaroles.
