A Botoeira da Praça, is a small and charming guest house designed with great care and dedication. A family project that offers you a unique and pleasant experience, right in the center of the beautiful city of Viana do Castelo. It is an antique house with a original identity and traditional features, recently remodeled, to welcoming guests. All of our rooms are equipped with private bathrooms, kitchenettes, dining tables and all the necessary amenities for complete autonomy and independence, whether for short or long stays.

We are neighbors with wonderful and traditional villages and towns, with secrets to discover - Ponte de Lima, Caminha, Vila Praia de Ancora, Arcos de Valdevez, Lindoso, Soajo, Sistelo and many more. For lovers of the sun and water sports, we are surrounded by the beautiful Lima River and a coast with a variety of clean, healthy and fantastic beaches. We are a beautiful historic city with a rich variety of events and gastronomy, inspired in our agriculture, popular and sea heritage. It is a region of ancient traditions and pilgrimages and the city is home to the famous Pilgrimage of Nossa Senhora da Agonia, the largest pilgrimage in Portugal! As we are in the center of the city, the conveniences are all close by, just a few steps away: underground public parking; supermarkets; restaurants; coffees and pastries; bars; the Tourism office; the Municipality; craft stores, jewelers, among others.
