The Property is 20 acres sloping gently towards the ocean offering panoramic ocean views and the island of Sao Jorge as a backdrop . Located in the village of Sant Ana right across from the church .Currently there is over 80 varieties of fruits on the property for the guests to enjoy when in season . Coffee will be added to the amenities ,grown and processed on the property with a hopeful start for the summer 2027 . The Island is teaming with raw beauty and the villages comes alive with the summer festivals that typically run from late June through early September , sometimes a little disruptive with traffic and the noise from the festival can last until 1 or 2 in the morning , this is normal here throughout the Azores .
