Fantastic and modern apartment in a ground floor house, recently renovated, consisting of 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room with sofa bed, kitchen with new equipment, free Wi-Fi, entrance patio with outdoor furniture and upper patio with sun loungers and parasol (maximum capacity: 6 people). The external entrance area is shared with another apartment (studio), which can be rented together, increasing the capacity to 8 people; Ideally located in the center of the picturesque village of Alvor, it is perfect for getting to know the area, enjoying the beach and the nightlife area. Ideally located in the center of the Algarve with access to the main tourist centers, such as Lagos, Sagres or Albufeira;

This fantastic modern villa is ideally located in the centre of Alvor, in a residential area, with easy public parking and far enough away from the nightlife to relax quietly.
