Localizado em condomínio calmo rodeado de arvores e relva, localizado a 2,8 Km do centro da típica e icónica Vila piscatória de Alvor onde poderá disfrutar de um lindo pôr do sol sentado numa esplanada á beira mar em praias de extensos areais e saborear as tradicionais iguarias dos restaurantes Algarvios, seguindo pela noite dentro nos variados ambientes musicais disponíveis em bares e pubs da zona A 900 mts do Golf Land onde poderá disfrutar de um dia diferente em família ou optar por uma visita ao aeródromo da Penina a 2 Km de distância e usufruir de actividades electrizantes como saltos de pára-quedas acompanhados por instrutor ou programas de voos de avião ligeiro sobre o Algarve onde poderá apreciar do alto, as maravilhosas falésias e praias com água azul turquesa que esta região tem para lhe oferecer.
