Hi, I'm Daniel! I was born and raised in Tondela, and this is where I chose to build my life — somewhere between lines of code and rows of vines. By day, I work in IT, with nearly 30 years of experience in infrastructure and information systems. But my true passions are two: welcoming guests and producing wine with the soul of this land. I'm a winemaker at Cepas do Salgueiral, a family project rooted in the Dão wine region — one of Portugal's most prestigious appellations. Every bottle carries a little of this landscape, this climate and these people. When I created Cepas do Salgueiral, I wanted guests to have more than just a place to sleep — I wanted them to experience Tondela the way I do.
