Design apartment on the first line of the Douro river. Built based on what was once the historic alcohol distillery, in harmony between the proximity of the river, and respect for its history, the design and comfort and the use of the green area surrounding the riverside that runs through the historic and natural area from the Douro estuary to the Gaia beaches. The triplex's conveys the sensation of floating under the river, offering a unique panoramic view of the river and historic Porto.
O Apartamento situa-se em frente ao rio onde se inicia o percurso da orla do Douro, um passeio inesquecível pela orla fluvial e pela orla marítima. É possível iniciar um passeio a pé ou de bicicleta junto ao apartamento no Cais do Cavaco, seguir até à vila piscatória da Afurada onde se encontra uma das principais marinas do Porto e ir conhecer a Foz do Douro até ao Cabedelo na Reserva Natural do Porto, o Estuário do Douro. A partir de agora, o que era um percurso ribeirinho torna-se num dos mais belos trilhos da costa portuguesa, estendendo-se por 10 km até São Félix da Marinha às portas da vizinha cidade de Espinho. Os passadiços são de madeira, incluindo algumas pontes sobre as dunas e a foz de muitos dos pequenos ribeiros que desaguam nestas praias. Ao longo do caminho, encontrará as praias da Granja, Aguda e Miramar/Senhor da Pedra, onde se ergue das rochas uma capela no mar. A cerca de 600m a pé do apartamento pelo passadiço junto ao rio, encontra também o Cais de Gaia, uma agradável zona turística onde se situam as famosas caves do Vinho do Porto, com esplanadas, restaurantes e bares.
