Apartment located in one of the most desirable areas of Ribeira Grande, the surf capital. A newly developed community with beautiful homes & multi-unit residential complexes all around, a mere 500 meters from the surfers beach Areal De Santa Barbara & Praia Monte Verde & close to many amenities, such as supermarkets, restaurants & other services. Situated opposite Estádio Municipal da Ribeira Grande & Arquipélago - Contemporary Arts Center. Free parking lot in front of the apartment.
While we respect our guests right to privacy, the host, when solicited, is always available via phone, text, email or in person to answer any questions or assist in any way to assure a pleasant stay for our guests, including providing useful information about the location, the neighborhood, and the island.
All that the City of Ribeira Grande has to offer is within 1 to 20 minutes walking distance.
