Casa da Aguda is a modern townhouse on the Atlantic coast of Northen Portual, in Praia da Aguda, one of the most unspoiled beaches near Porto. The house has three levels, two bedrooms (one double, one twin), two full bathrooms and a powder room, and a dining room that opens onto a private terrace. Fully equipped kitchen, and WiFi. A very comfortable family home, with Porto 25 minutes by car or 30 by train from Aguda station nearby.

Casa da Aguda sits in Praia da Aguda, a quiet Atlantic beach village in Arcozelo, Vila Nova de Gaia — just 20 km south of Porto city centre. The area is known for its natural beach, clean waves popular with surfers, and a relaxed, unhurried pace far from mass tourism. Beach & nature: Praia da Aguda is a 5-minute walk. The Aguda Marine Biology Station and coastal walking paths along the cliffs are right on the doorstep. Local life: The village has cafés, a fish restaurant, and a small supermarket within walking distance. Arcozelo town centre (5 min by car) covers everything else — bakeries, pharmacies, larger supermarkets. Day trips: Porto centre is 25–30 min by car or ~40 min via the urban train (CP) from Granja or Espinho stations. Espinho (casino, shopping, beaches) is 10 min south. Serra da Freita and Douro Valley are under 90 min.
