A casa está localizada numa zona piscatória, a 350m da praia e do largo dos pescadores. Há vários restaurantes perto ,assim como supermercados, onde se pode facilmente chegar a pé. A 5 minutos de carro há um shoping , um hipermercado e a entrada para a autoestrada A28, que liga ao Porto (30km) e a Viana do Castelo. O centro de Vila do Conde fica a cerca de 7km, onde se poderão visitar vários monumentos, usufruir da gastronomia e apreciar a beleza desta cidade.
