The 50 m² property features a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 3 guests. You will also find Wi-Fi with a workspace for remote work, a fan, heating, and a TV. A baby cot is available on request. Nearby, you will find a supermarket, pharmacy, public transport, and a seaside walking path. The area also offers water sports around Porto da Baleeira, beaches, bike rentals, shops, and restaurants. There is a parking space on the property and free street parking. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. Air conditioning is not available. Smoking is not permitted indoors (an ashtray is provided outside). Only registered guests are allowed. Please avoid unnecessary noise from 9 p.m. to 9 a.m. Parties are not allowed. A transfer (taxi) service can be booked. Beach/pool towels are available for an extra fee, subject to availability. For two guests, if the second bed (sofa) is requested, it is available for an extra fee. The deposit is paid at the property upon check-in and returned on check-out.
