Please note there is internal building work next door to the property Located in the heart of Ferragudo just a few steps from the main square this stunning 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house is the perfect holiday home. The house is set over 5 floors and has stunning views from the rooftop terrace to Rio Arade. The property is modern and spacious and has a large living area with stunning views towards the river and Portimao. Fully equipped for your holiday needs the property boasts Air conditioning throughout and underfloor heating for those cosy winter nights. Located on the bottom floor you will find a spacious double bedroom and an on ensuite bathroom with shower as well as a smaller double bedroom. On the next floor you have another spacious double bedroom and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and shower. There is also a separate bathroom with shower. On the ground floor is the fully equipped Kitchen. The fourth floor boasts a stunning living area that is set over two levels and looks out over the Rio Arade. A balcony leads out from the living room. On the top floor you have the stunning roof terrace with outstanding views and a dining area and BBQ for guests to enjoy. There's a hot tub on the roof but this is out of use due to the pandemic
