Casa Azul - Aljezur Town brings the best of both worlds - allowing travelers to be able to enjoy activities in town, museums, hikes, surfing, social gatherings, etc. and retreat back to a comfy, adorable place to rest. Aljezur's guests walk to the municipal market for the best local fresh fish and products, or just to enjoy the atmosphere. On their way through the narrow old streets they pass the municipal museum, the original village church, and they cross the road that leads to the old moorish castle. In the opposite direction, the street takes you to the road leading along the creek to Amoreira beach, one of the most beautiful in the region, with a small river running all the way to the ocean, a sandy beach with dunes and a rocky beach area with natural pools packed with ocean life.
