In Odiáxere - a Casa da Aldeia (101011 / AL) - we have four bedrooms, three doubles (double bed\two single beds), one triple (double bed plus one single bed\three single beds), a bathroom shared and two private bathrooms (for a double room and for a triple room). Three rooms, backyard and full kitchen to share... all rooms with access to terraces. This house has three floors. Three bedrooms and the "book room" on the 1st floor, the other bedroom and kitchen on the ground floor and the studio - where the owners live - on the 2nd floor.
We are a family like so many others ... mother, father ... daughters, and now there are also grandchildren ... so in this family there are grandchildren, sons, mothers, fathers and grandparents! And in every family there's a house, beds, kitchen, living room ... and so on! We are many in this family ... but not so many at the same time in each of our homes, so we thought we could share ... share - to whom they speak to Alma (an expression often used by Grandma Virginia) - all these houses, beds and kitchens, as well as the walks, the visits, the serenity and all the gastronomic suggestions (vegetarian, raw or local) in each of the regions. What makes this proposal unique ... is the individuality, privacy and autonomy it presents, although it is local accommodation ... We can suggest \ accompany in Walking and Meditation Circuits with coordinates, Paths for personal development work self-love (in the heart of nature, Dam / Field or Sea / Cliffs of Dona Ana Beach) ... finally a number of ideas and situations!
Odiáxere is a rural village and one of the parishes of the municipality of Lagos. It was elevated to the category of village on July 1, 2003. The origin of the toponym reveals the Arab presence in the Iberian Peninsula and a reference to water, since “odi” means river. Odiáxere has archaeological elements dating from several millennia, with many traces of various Odiáxere antiquities ... near the banks of its stream ... we can say that we found isolated neolithic finds ... a temple of typically Muslim features ... when the Christian was reconquered the Arab temple was reconverted to Christian rule ... it will be this Christian temple that will have, in the 16th century, one of the most beautiful Arches ever in the Algarve and in the whole country. ”- José de Jesus Martins (MARTINS, 1995, p.50). We're really ... right next to the "Bravura Dam", or Odiáxere Dam, on the Odiáxere Stream that is part of the Barlavento Algarvian streams basin and is destined for hydro-agricultural use ... a fantastic area for land walks and \ or aquatic (we have canoes and personal watercraft to provide any of these experiences to those who visit us).
