I'm Vânia and I'm passionate about welcoming people, sharing experiences and being helpful without being annoying! I am very fortunate to live here for the quality of life, remarkable cuisine and exquisite Nature! A house from the beginning of the 19th century, it was elegantly renovated in order to be a welcoming home for all our visitors from all over the world. Although it is in a central location, it presents itself as a very quiet and peaceful area. Casa da Graça is a project very dear to me composed of 9 suites that are divided into 4 categories: Room with a queen size bed and balcony, double or twin room, queen / double, twin with city view. Each room has a light and delicate decor, composed of private bathrooms, spacious beds, cable, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, bath products, shower and face towels , towel for swimming pools, safe, armchairs, access code, light card switch, wardrobes, hangers, rugs, blackout, USB ports, reading lamps, parking, daily cleaning and breakfast where the details were not left to chance!

We are in a privileged location in Ponta Delgada Azores, Portugal, in the city center next to the historic area where it invites you to picturesque walks along the promenade, natural bathing area, Portas do Mar, Portas da Cidade, São Pedro Pools, Sol Mar shopping center , as well as services of basic necessities, pharmacy, taxi stand and supermarkets! We are 5 minutes away from the local market where you can find the freshest products (vegetables, fruit, meat and fish), from Cervejaria Sardinha better known by Mané Cigano, a typical tavern on the island with the best regional cuisine, just a step away from Casa Da Graça you’ll find P'alma Sushi and in front Big 21 Restaurant with contemporary cuisine! And only 15 min away from nightlife and entertainment! Without a doubt, our location is exceptional!
