Guests are required to wash the dishes prior to departure. Alternatively, a fine of EUR 100 will be deducted.

Any damage or stained items will incur a charge of EUR 100.

All payments, if applicable, must be made in euros.

A damage deposit of € 300 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded by bank transfer if there's no damage to the property upon inspection after check-out.
