This development is a typical rural aggregate of Pico Island, being the housing (main building) and "Atafona" representative of the traditional typologies of the territorial context. An attractive space with a wonderful view of the highest point of Portugal and the neighboring island. If you are looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay on Pico Island, Casa do António Júlio is the ideal place. A country house, located in the parish of São Roque do Pico, consisting of four dwellings (two T1 and two T2) at your disposal! Important: All houses have acess to shared balconies and barbacue, except for Atafona (2 couples bedroom house ) that as a private balcony. Atafona - T2 (independent building, prepared for people with reduced mobility) Alpendre - T2 Botequim - T1 Torrinha - T1

These houses are located in a quiet environment and surrounded by the beautiful nature of Pico, our most important quality is being away from the town's hustle and bustle! Within walking distance you can reach some places of interest: - Whaling Industry Museum at 3.20km; - Start of the course of Ladeira dos Moinho at 1km; - Natural pools and Avenida do Mar at 1,5km; You can easily find markets, cafés and restaurants near the property, but we always advise our guests to rent a way of transport in order to easily explore the island.
