Tem 2 quartos, uma ampla sala, 1 wc, cozinha e pátio exterior. Decorada com mobiliário antig, tem um ambiente acolhedor. Dista 15m a pé da estação de metro Mercado (Matosinhos), que conduz ao Centro Histórico do Porto. Situada numa zona de lazer, com bons restaurantes, locais de interesse arquitetónico e praia, esta Casa é um excelente destino de férias. A Casa do Moínho de Vento já detém o selo "Safe and Clean" atribuído pelo Turismo de Portugal, garantindo que o imóvel detém todas as condições de higiene e segurança. A Casa aposta na sua singularidade, que advém tanto da sua localização - na zona histórica de uma vila costeira - como do seu ambiente acolhedor e único com o seu mobiliário antigo e confortável, perfeitamente adaptado à Casa. Os hóspedes têm acesso à casa de forma totalmente exclusiva. Há um pequeno quintal/jardim que poderá ser partilhado com a proprietária. Do lado da proprietária, no quintal, poderá estar um cão, que se encontra confinado a espaço não partilhado com os hóspedes. A proprietária reside no piso superior da Casa sendo, no entanto, a Casa do Moínho de Vento totalmente independente.
