This elegant T2 duplex features two comfortable double bedrooms, thoughtfully decorated with a stylish and eclectic touch that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. Recently renovated just one month ago, the apartment now includes new PVC windows and double-glazed doors, ensuring greater comfort and tranquility by reducing outside noise. Perfectly located only 300 meters from the beach and the local surf schools, Casa do Papel is also set on the same street as the famous fish market, surrounded by excellent seafood restaurants, cafés, local shops, and traditional commerce. Whether you are looking for relaxing beach days, amazing gastronomy, or the authentic atmosphere of Matosinhos, this charming apartment is the perfect place for an unforgettable stay.

Portugal is well known for its beaches, and the ones in Porto are no exception. The Matosinhos beach is a coastal gem whereby you can unwind, enjoy the sun and the salty air. If you get too hot, you can easily cool down at one of the beach bars around the area. To really blend in with the locals, you can order a gin-based drink and relax while you´re at it. You will certainly be struck by the areas lovely quality of life, and romantic walkways that are perfect for enjoying the evening sun. These beaches proudly display the blue flag eco-label, a sign of high-quality unpolluted seawater.
