This house was originally built as a small grocery store called Terno (for this reason we named it Casa do Terno). It was restored at the beginning of 2021 using its original stone. A car is required to rent this property due to its location. Close enough to every but far enough for some peace and tranquiltiy! We hope that you will enjoy the history in the beautiful property.
Hi! We are Jen and Davide. Davide is from Madeira and Jen is from a small town in Canada, meeting and living in Asia for many years we have moved home to Madeira and we look forward to welcoming you in to our home.
Our beustiful hill top stone house is located on a street that gives direct access to Paúl da Serra, Rabaçal, 25 Fontes, Fanal and other beautiful places on the mountain top. The town is Calheta, one of the warmest areas on the island. The house is situated about 10 minutes from Vila da Calheta where you can find a supermarkets, various restaurants and a the famous beautiful sandy beach also has awesome sunsets. There is small grocery store 2 minutes from the house and a poncha bar and local resturant within walking distance where you can mix with the locals.
