The fantastic 180 ° south panorama lets your gaze wander over the gentle, hilly landscape of Prazeres and the majestic ocean. The property is close to nature above the villages of Prazeres and Maloeira and is nestled in absolute tranquility at the foot of a unique forest landscape. You reach it at the end of a very quiet and rarely used little street. The only sounds are the rustling of the leaves, the birds singing, the breeze and two or three times a week when the baker or the fruit&vegetable cart brings fresh products. The modern, light-flooded villa impresses with its spacious living areas and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass windows to enjoy the wonderful view. The pool can be heated for an additional cost.
