Located on small road south of Loule. The road is very quiet (not a through road) and in 2025 it has been fully tarmac all the way to villa. There are no neighbours so very peaceful (nearest approx. 800 meters) The whole area is calm and peaceful - there is generally a cooling breeze and the villa faces south and is non overlooked. You can play music by the pool with no disturbance. There is large car parking area in Villa (behind automated gates) so secure. There is a potential option of hiring a car (to discuss directly with owner) It is easy access to autoroute and 125 road (2-3km)
