Just a short stroll from some of Ponta Delgada’s best beaches, Casa Yucca is a bright and welcoming four-bedroom home, perfect for families and friends. Enjoy the whole space to yourselves - with two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a leafy garden with an outdoor shower and BBQ. Restaurants and a surf school are just around the corner. Located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood with free parking, 5 minute walk to the beach and just 10 minutes from the airport and city center.

I’m Inês, a documentary photographer living in the Azores. After studying and living in several countries, I chose to stay here for the sea and the slower rhythm of island life. I care deeply about design, gardening and creating thoughtful spaces. Hosting is something I genuinely enjoy — I love welcoming people and sharing a place shaped by light, plants and the presence of the ocean.

Casa Yucca is located in São Roque, just a 5-minute walk from Praia das Milícias. Set right off the exit of the expressway, it’s easy to access while still feeling calm and residential. The area blends local life with proximity to the sea — morning swims, coastal walks and ocean views are part of the daily rhythm. Supermarkets, cafés and Ponta Delgada are only a short drive away, making it a convenient and relaxed base to explore the island.
