Central House is located in one of the best neighborhoods in the center of Ponta Delgada city, close to large gardens, all services and entertainment. Just 5 minutes from the main restaurants, grocery stores, hypermarket, library, museum and historic area and 15 minutes walk from the nearest swimming pool area (Portas do Mar). To enjoy our sea and termal baths we provide extra towels free of charge. We also offer coffee. Central House is a large and cozy ground floor apartment for 4 people (+ 1 baby), with an interior garden and garage, ideal for a family or group of friends.
My name is Sara, I belong to an Azorean family, I am a natural and resident in Ponta Delgada and I love to enjoy the beauty of "my" island and "my" city, with its history, animation, culture, but above all with the sea and gardens, all located close to the Central House -AL.
It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to the Central House, an apartment where I have already spent excellent moments with my husband and 3 children and now I put it at your disposal, hoping that you spend here a wonderfull time.
Central House is located in one of the best neighborhoods in the historic center of Ponta Delgada. When we go out on the street we can see the clock tower of the Matriz church, one of the ex-libris of Ponta delgada and at the top the Santana Palace Chapel and garden. It is very close to the most imposing gardens in Ponta Delgada, the José do Canto Botanical Garden (just around the corner) and the António Borges Garden (10 minutes walk). It is also very close to Ponta Delgada's main shopping center - Parque Atlântico - as well as good restaurants and shops (5 minutes walk) and around the corner, below is a grocery store, Museum, Library and Jardim Antero de Quental (5 minutes walk).
