This is the restoration of a building dating from 1938, maintaining its structure and emphasising the façades as well as the original wooden access staircases; !!!! Access to the flat is via a staircase which had to be maintained given the location of the flat in the Historic Zone, we do not advise people with reduced mobility, thank you for your attention to this limiting factor. !!!! You'll find an atypical Open-Space flat with lots of light and varied views of the city of Viseu. Comfort provided by a bed suspended over the staircase. Everything you need to spend a pleasant time in the company of those you love the most. From the balcony you can see Se de Viseu, 2 min walk. Misericórdia Church, 2 min walk. Largo D. Duarte and all the restaurants you'll enjoy are a 3-minute walk away. The Viseu Aerodrome is 9 km away, from where you can travel daily to Cascais or Portimão, with 2 daily trips. Public car park next to the accommodation, paid from 8am to 8pm, free on Saturday afternoons, Sundays and public holidays. The rest is up to you to get to know this beautiful city of Viseu, venture out!
