Spacious villa with five independent bedrooms located in Barroselas, facing the national road (EN308) . The house has been converted into Local Accommodation - Rooms . The house is regularly maintained . All the access is made by staircases . On the ground floor there is a washing machine outside , with a dedicated and sheltered space for drying clothes , this in addition to the surrounding lawned and gardened land with a total of 2200 m2 . On the first floor are located two bedrooms (one exterior), a dining and living room with a table for ten people and two sofas and two large balconies , a full bathroom , flat screen TV , books and social games , fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator , dishwasher , cooker , oven , toaster , electric kettle , coffee machine (bean) / tea and all the necessary utensils . Three further bedrooms (one en-suite) are located on the second floor as well as a further full bathroom. Bed linen, toilet paper and shower gel and towels are provided.
