Paço de Arcos is a small paradise by the sea. Away from the pressure of mass tourism, strategic located right in the middle of Lisbon and Cascais. In historical centre of Paço de Arcos you have all the things you need at a 5 minutes walking distance: Supermarket; Restaurants; Bakeries; Coffee shops; Pharmacy; Hairdresser… For the beach fan you just need to cross the road and you’re at ‘Praia Velha’ beach, or walking 10’ to ‘Paço de Arcos’ beach. For the food fan, at Paço de Arcos you will find all the type of restaurants: Portuguese traditional food, Portuguese ‘haute cuisine’, Galician and Basque specialities, Italian specialities, Goan food, hamburgers and much, much more! For the jogging fan, you must go through the sea wall feeling the wind on your face and enjoying the magnificent scenery that goes all the way to Cascais. You even don’t need a car, the train will take you to Lisbon and Cascais just in 20’ with the sea view as company.

Double Suite by the Ocean, ground floor of "The Blue Building", in historical centre of Paço de Arcos, in front of the beach and fishermen's bay, in the middle of the restaurant and shopping area, near the railway station to central Lisbon and Cascais. The Blue Building, a unique 1930’s building, was completely restored during the years 2017 and 2018 and is now one of Paço de Arcos historical center reference. At The Blue Building you’ll find 3 different cultural Portuguese themes, according to the floor. Top floor: Writers. Middle floor: Musicians. Ground floor: Artists. Double Suite by the Ocean is located on the ground floor.
