Douro Garden is located in the calm area of Vila Nova de Gaia, giving you quick access to the world famous Port wine cellars in the left side of the Douro River, as well as Dom Luiz I Bridge and Monastery of Serra do Pilar - World Heritage Patrimony issued by UNESCO. The breath-taking view of the Douro River from Jardim do Morro is just a 9-minute walk away. By the way, we also have several beaches in Vila Nova de Gaia just 13/15-mins. away, and they include: Praia do Cabedelo do Douro, Praia de Lavadores, Praia das Pedras Amarelas, Praia da Estrela do Mar, Praia de Salgueiros, Praia da Sereia da Costa Verde, Praia de Canide (Norte), Praia de Canide (Sul) and a few others. Our house is just a 4-mins. walking away from supermarkets (Lidl and Pingo Doce), 2/4-mins. walk from banks, 3 mins. walk from the metro station and just 7-min ride by metro from the center of Porto (Aliados). We also have just 7-mins. away walking from the 10-story mall El Corte Inglés - with a varied food court. Walking distance from some of the most exquisite restaurants, such as 1828, Root & Wine and PIP. Everything is simply walking distance away!
