Quiet, bright and modern apartment. Over the river beach and Marina da Afurada, with stunning views of the Douro River and Porto. It is intended for medium or long term rental, also suitable for short term holidays or even for remote work. It has a spacious balcony along its entire length and a parking space in the garage of the building. Fully equipped, it has all the necessary requirements to spend an unforgettable and relaxing stay!
I love receiving and welcoming people, showing the best that Porto and Afurada have to offer. My biggest goal is to provide our guests with a comfortable and unforgettable stay in our apartment, making it feel like home.
The apartment is located in a typical area of Afurada, in Vila Nova de Gaia, opposite the city of Porto, in relation to the Douro River. You can take long walks (or bike rides) on the pedestrian path along the river, in direction to the beautiful Estuary, a natural reserve for birds in this region. Next to Marina da Afurada, you also have the possibility to enjoy various water sports, such as kayak and Paddle. Nearby you will find cafes, bars, several restaurants and even a typical fresh market, the Mercado da Afurada. It also has access to public transport (bus) next to the building.
