The villa was constructed in 2025 and was designed to make the most of natural light while offering stunning views from every corner of the house. In the property we have an orchard that features a wide variety of fruit trees, including mango trees, pomegranate, pineapple, persimmon, orange, papaya, banana, and melon-pears, among others. The pool can be heated for an additional cost of 40EUR per day. Please note that it takes two days to heat the water, so the decision must be communicated at least two days in advance. Local experiences that are not included but can be provided for an additional price: - Breakfast - Massage - Yoga Class - Portuguese Wine Tasting - Private Yacht Tour - Private painting session. Earlier check‑in and late check‑out may be available for additional cost, if requested in advance and subject to availability.

The villa is located in Calheta, on the island’s sunny south coast—one of the warmest areas year-round. It sits just 1.7 km from Marina of Calheta, home to several restaurants and the golden-sand beach. The supermarket is also conveniently located just 1.8 km away. Despite being close to several amenities, the villa enjoys a unique, secluded position surrounded by nature, perched only 60 meters above the ocean. Its low altitude and proximity to the sea provide one of the best climates throughout the year.
