Property info

This four bedroom Margarida townhouse set beside a small cascading lake with plenty of grass lawn and vegetation surrounding. Upon entering, the hallway grants access to the fully fitted and equipped kitchen and then stairs upwards to the bedroom and steps down to the living areas. Downstairs we find the tastefully decorated living/dining room which opens out to the partially covered pool patio with a dining area and an infinity swimming pool. Heading downstairs again there is a small office, cloakroom, small kitchen/laundry room and fourth bedroom. The bedrooms are each on their own level. Bedroom one is a double bed with en-suite bathroom and a terrace overlooking the swimming pool. Bedroom two is a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. The master suite is on the top floor, has a private terrace that overlooks the pool and the cascading lake below. Heading upstairs one last time, the roof terrace boasts a jacuzzi that overlooks the Margarida houses and golf in the distance.
