In a charming historical building on the seafront of Foz do Douro a new conceptt is born with 5 exclusive apartments. The building rehabilitation project was in charge of Barbosa and Guimarães office, the interiors project was authored by José Carlos Cruz architect. All apartments offer a unique interior design in an environment framed by the sea and enriched by the Flattered Art Collection. The Collection consists of works by Young Portuguese Artists with a strong presence of pieces in the field of Illustration and Urban Art. Daily cleaning of the apartment, change of towels 2 times per week and one change of sheets once a week is included in our price. All units have a bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm or 140x200cm), a living room and a dining room with sea/city view. They also have a double bed (160x200cm) in the living room. All kitchens are fully equipped (microwave oven, ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, kitchen towels, table cloth), a laundry and dryer washing machine, steam iron, ironing board, hair dryer, 100% cotton linens and towels.

These apartments are located in a charming historical building in a picturesque street full of traditional small shops in the city of Porto in front of Foz do Douro and by the sea. At 50 meters from the beach and within walking distance of some of the most prestigious restaurants of Porto, guests can enjoy the daily life of one of the most elegant and understated neighborhoods of the city. Close to the beautiful gardens of Parque da Cidade, the Serralves Foundation, the Manoel de Oliveira’s House of Cinema, the Porto SeaLife and the Transparente Building. Let yourself wander in the narrow streets and discover the secrets of an old neighborhood of Porto. Easily accessible by car or public transport we are 13 km away from Francisco Sá Carneiro’s Airport, 8 Km from the São Bento Railway Station and only 6 km from the A1 highway, the main highway of Portugal. If you like strong emotions start by visiting the Douro river bar then embark on a memorable tour, walking or cycling along the seafront starting at São João Baptista da Foz Fortress and ending in a beautiful terrace facing the sea. If you still have some breath venture yourself at Parque da Cidade.
