VIVA Formosa Lofts it is a building with 4 studios. The studios have a maximum capacity for 2 people, except the duplex studio which accommodates 3 people. The studios has a double bed and a bathroom with shower. Only the duplex studio has a sofa-bed. Kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. The accommodation also has an iron and ironing board. Bed linen, towels and shampoo are included in the stay. We can provide a bed, bath and baby chair if requested. Air-conditioning system. TV service and Wifi Internet available free of charge. The studios has access via elevator. - Check in from 16h00. If you need to drop your luggage earlier please let us know so we can check if this is possible. - Check out until 11h00 - if you need extra time to leave your lugage while you visit the city let us know so we can check if this is possible. - The identification of all guests (of all ages) are requested until the day of check-in (the provision of this data is mandatory). - Cancellation policies must be complied with in full, without exception. All cancellations after the allowed period will not be entitled to a refund. - Guests cannot leave the property leaving the key inside the lock, otherwise they will be responsible for paying the specialized service to open the lock. - The host will have the right to access the property, notifying guests whenever necessary. - Extra beds and/or sofa beds are prepared by default, only for stays above the standard capacity. Extra beds and/or sofa beds can be prepared upon request and confirmation. - We ask that you notify us within the first 24 hours after confirming the reservation in any of our accommodations, if there is any type of specific condition of any guest, namely mobility difficulties, allergies or other health problems that may be relevant, to so that we can confirm that the accommodation contracted is suitable, in order to ensure that your stay will go as smoothly as possible.

The apartment is located in the city center of Porto, just 450 meters from Mercado do Bolhão and 700 meters from Avenida dos Aliados. Around it there are several tourist attractions such as the Clérigos Tower, the Porto Cathedral and the São Bento Station. How to get here? From the airport: - Take the metro from the airport to Bolhão metro station. - From there it is a 5-minute walk to the apartment. - If you have a car, there are also pay parking nearby (750m). - Private airport transfers provided. How to visit the city? -You are in the historic center, so you can visit the tourist attractions within walking distance. - It also has the São Bento metro station (850 meters) and bus stops (69 meters) if you want to visit other areas of Porto and Gaia.
