During the winter of 2024/2025 Quinta Formosa House 4 underwent profound changes where we highlight: - addition of 25sqm to the living room with high end glass panoramic views - new decor - tripling of the size of the balcony of the main bedroom This has made the villa unique in the complex of the existing 15 of Quinta Formosa and is largely related to the owner spending more time of the year, making it a home for primary purposes and not a rental property. However, as for some months of the year the villa is unoccupied we will selectively rent it out to a few people.
Prime Quinta do Lago. 1.8 km away from "Gigi" Beach. Adjacent to the South side of Pinheiros Altos Golf Course and San Lorenzo Golf Course. 2 houses were completely refurbished by well known Lisbon Interior Designer at the end of June. Stunning views of South side of Pinheiros Golf Course & Ria da Formosa. It is common to see in the late afternoon large Storks feeding as well as other birds from Ria da Formosa National Park. A paradise for birdwatchers. 16 km far from Faro Airport.
