Access to the apartment is done directly from the street without having to climb stairs or elevators. In fact it looks more like you enter a house and not an apartment. The common spaces in the building are shared by only 8 apartments, with only two apartments used for local accommodation and most of the time the pool has no one. The beach front has a wide selection of beach bars and restaurants available, and you can enjoy the sun and fresh air on one of the terraces!
