Easy access to everything from this perfectly located home. In 5 minutes you are on one of Portugal's best beaches. Praia de Rocha is also famous for its great nightlife, with a variety of bars and restaurants and all types of cuisine. There is even a casino. Activities are available from surfing to skydiving to whale watching but also just chilling on the beach. This compact apartment has just been renovated. It has a modern open plan kitchen;diner;lounge with a comfortable sofa. Fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge, electric hob and microwave and storage for your groceries. Leading from the kitchen is a balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for eating al fresco and with a lovely view towards the marina. In the bedroom there are two single beds which can be put together with thick, comfortable mattresses and ample wardrobe space for your belongings. The apartment also includes a good sized bathroom. WiFi is provided via a router, speed is usually around 40mbps There is free parking on site on a first come first serve basis.

I live an hour's drive away in rural Alentejo where I also have a guest house. I have been hosting guests for seven years. If you need anything I, or the apartment manager are always happy to help.

The apartment is situated in a gated tourist developement with 24 hour security. The beach and many bars and restaurants are within a five minute walk. We recommend walking as parking is limited along the beachfront. At the apartment there is a car park with a key card (which you will collect from the security guard) but a parking space cannot be guaranteed. If the car park is full there are more places on the opposite side of the road.
