Guesthouse RSA is a small, family-friendly local accommodation, ideal for companies, couples, and/or families with children looking for tranquility. Amenities and toilet paper are only provided on the day of arrival, the remaining days are at the expense of the guests. There is no daily cleaning, just a change of towels every 4 days and weekly sheets. There is no means of payment by card on site, the remaining payment is required on the day of arrival and in cash. If you want an invoice with a tax number, please request it when making the reservation. If this information is not received in a timely manner, the invoice will be issued to the Final Consumer without modification (in accordance with the provisions of the current article) It is necessary to leave a deposit of a minimum of 200eur in cash or credit card In case of a Monthly Rate Booking please note that the deposit asked will be the same amount of one month payment, also please note that the electricity will be an extra and paid separately.
