Welcome to my apartment! This charming 83m² two-bedroom apartment offers a comfortable and convenient retreat, ideal for families or friends seeking a relaxing stay. Located on the ground floor, it combines practicality with a welcoming atmosphere. The open-plan living area is designed for comfort, featuring a comfortable sofa, a TV for your entertainment, and a dining table perfect for shared meals. Step outside to your private terrace, complete with seating areas where you can unwind and enjoy the fresh air. The fully equipped kitchenette includes everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, such as a stove, oven, microwave, and essential cookware and cutlery. A dishwasher is also provided to make clean-up easy, along with a washer and ironing facilities to cover your laundry needs. Both bedrooms feature a queen-size bed dressed in hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep and have direct access to the terrace via a private balcony. The apartment also offers 1.5 bathrooms, stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
