Perched on a hillside in Santo António, this beautifully presented 130m² home offers truly stunning panoramic views over the ocean and surrounding mountains — a view you'll never tire of. The bright and airy living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a TV, and a dining table for up to 6 guests. Floor-to-ceiling windows bathe the space in natural light and keep those incredible views front and centre. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and all the cookware and crockery you need for a full group stay. The property has three bedrooms: • Bedroom 1: Queen/double bed • Bedroom 2: Queen/double bed • Bedroom 3: Two single beds All bedrooms are equipped with individual air conditioning and heating units, and all beds are made up with hotel-quality linens. The home has two bathrooms, each with a shower, toilet, and hair dryer. Towels and toiletries are provided. Outside, enjoy a private garden with a terrace, outdoor dining area, outdoor furniture, and a BBQ — ideal for alfresco evenings with a view. Multiple private parking spaces are available on the property. The property also has a washing machine and clothes dryer for longer stays. The space is professionally cleaned before every stay. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 4 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included)
