We present John's Villa by Homie. Overlooking the mountain and surrounded by greenery, this is the perfect house to begin memorable holidays in Madeira. On the upper floor are the four bedrooms — three with double beds and one with a single bed — designed to offer comfort and rest to families or groups of friends. On this floor, there is also a common bathroom supporting the bedrooms, ensuring practicality and functionality. Descending to the lower floor, the villa reveals spacious and distinct spaces. One of the living rooms presents a classic and elegant style, with details that evoke an almost Renaissance-like atmosphere — perfect for more tranquil moments of socialising. There is still a second living room, more modern and bright, in an open space concept with the kitchen, creating a harmonious and inviting environment to gather everyone around good conversations. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare everything from quick meals to more elaborate dinners, with all the convenience. The dining table becomes the ideal meeting point to share moments with family and create unforgettable memories. Outside, the experience is elevated even further. The villa features a terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue area, and a perfect space for family lunches or late afternoon dinners. There are also perfect chairs to enjoy the sun whenever it appears. With outdoor parking, every detail has been carefully considered to provide a comfortable and worry-free stay. Guests are responsible for the proper use of the accommodation and its equipment. Any damage, loss, or misuse identified during or after the stay may be subject to a damage fee, intended to cover the costs of repair, replacement, or extraordinary cleaning.
