The apartment is new and has a modern and extremely welcoming decor. It has all the amenities and equipment that ensure a high level of comfort. Very bright, with south, west and north facing views, allowing sun all day long. Several balconies, with pool views and open views. The complex has a communal pool and jacuzzi area and relaxing flower gardens. It also has a communal terrace in the building with sea views.

Neighborhood info

The neighborhood where the apartment is located is new, very well maintained and has a calm and quiet atmosphere. It is very well located, being a short distance from the most beautiful beaches of Lagos and its cliffs. The center is also very close, making it easy to access the historic area of Lagos and all the services that are there (restaurants, monuments, shops, bars, shows, ...).
