Our small, cosy Townhouse is located in the historical centre on a quiet, small street. The beautiful old building with two floors is over 80 years old and fully renovated, preserving the traditional house's character with its splendid wooden floor and a cute roof terrace open to all guests. In our charming guesthouse, everything is done with love and thoughtfulness. We do our best to make you feel comfortable and to help you have a great holiday. We have five different charming rooms with private bathrooms. All the rooms are individually decorated by us. They are equipped with a comfortable double bed, two bedside tables, a wardrobe, hangers, a table with two chairs, a fan, a hairdryer, towels, two extra pillows, and a flat-screen cable TV with international channels. On the ground floor by the reception, we provide a small corner with love for all guests, including a large fridge, microwave, a kettle, cups, glasses, plates, bowls, kettlery, coffee and tea. During winter, there are heaters and warm blankets, of course. WiFi is free of charge throughout the premises. I am Lita Santos, of African/Portuguese descent, and I have lived in Germany for several years. I travelled the world in the fashion business. At some point on my path, I started practising yoga and meditation, which changed my Life! I completed a teacher training in Traditional Hatha Yoga and Pranayama. Later on, I immersed myself in the world of Ayurveda, with a particular interest in general well-being and the health benefits of proper nutrition. I became an Ayurveda chef, cooking vegetarian/vegan food in line with Ayurveda principles for Retreats and at my restaurant (Lalitana Vegetarian/Vegan Restaurant) in Lagos from 2016 to 2020. Today, I offer private coaching to help people lead healthy, harmonious lifestyles in harmony with nature, guided by Ayurvedic principles. I also organise "AyurYoga Retreats" in the Algarve, which include mindful Ayurveda cooking workshops and help you integrate Ayurveda Lifestyle and its significant routines into your Life! I teach Traditional Hatha Yoga Walking-Yoga, Pranayama, and Meditation. In "AyurYoga Retreats", I also collaborate with other Yoga and Meditation teachers and Holistic Therapists. With this knowledge and experience, I manage the Lalitana Concept in Lagos with love and passion, which reflects my life philosophy!

Lagos is a small cosmopolitan city with international cultural offerings, from official concerts and exhibitions to spontaneous events. Talented musicians and artists from all over the world show their skills in the pedestrian zone. In Lagos and the surrounding area, there are numerous must-see attractions! Our Townhouse is in a great location; you can reach all attractions, restaurants, bars, and the splendid beaches of Lagos comfortably on foot.
