Waking up in front of the beach with the sea just in our feet is unbelievably relaxing. The apartment is in the middle of São Miguel Island, with the main road at 1 minute by car. From there you can visit the lake of Sete cidades (half blue, half Green), the Fire Lake in the mountain and Furnas Lake with the boilers. São Miguel is the perfect place to enjoy the tranquillity of nature. The mild climate and natural surroundings provide excellent conditions for outdoor sports including golf, tennis, paragliding, geocaching, tracking, fishing, surfing, windsurfing, yachting, rowing, sailing between others. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 living-room. The kitchen is fully equipped. Just in front of the Milícias Beach in São Roque, one of the main beaches in Ponta Delgada, where you can relax with the outstanding view over the beach and south coast of São Miguel island. The apartment has 1 garage place, and is near the main vias in the island. You can also enjoy the shared swimming pool and tennis court. NOTICE: The apartment is in front of the beach and in the back you have the country side, thus be prepared to listen the waves in the night, the birds and the wind.
