Property info

Our accommodation has all the amenities to stay in São Miguel. Located in a residential area in Livramento, just 10 minutes from the center of Ponta Delgada, 3 minutes from Praia do Populo, supermarket 100 meters away, bus stop at the door, the ideal place for your holidays or business stay. We have a shared laundry room for guests to use, parking, cooking facilities in our shared kitchen in the living room. All rooms with private bathroom, plasma TV, Wifi and a Kitchenette with microwave and all utensils for your meals (you cannot cook in the room - only in the shared kitchen).

Neighborhood info

Located in a residential area with Supermarket 100 meters away, Taxi and bus stop to Ponta Delgada or Lagoa at the door and the best beaches in Ponta Delgada just 20 minutes away on foot. Praia do Pópulo where you can find the Sunset café, the ideal place for a meal.
