Excellent apartment inserted in unique location! Within a radius of 200 meters you can enjoy pedestrian promenade by the sea, cycle path, park of games pools, gym, restaurants (Italian, Japanese, tapas, French), supermarket, bakery, cafes, terraces. Casino and Theater within 500 meters. You can take lessons in Surf, Wind Surf or Golf!
