Luxurious apartment located in the center of Ponta Delgada. This completely renovated apartment has all the amenities for an unforgettable holiday, lots of natural light and a terrace with a jacuzzi. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with a queen bed or you can opt for 2 single beds in each bedroom, living room with sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen. It is located a few meters from the city market, the sea and its natural pools, restaurants and shops. It will be a pleasure to welcome you! Note that the island's climate is very hot and humid, which encourages the appearance of some “undesirable guests” such as cockroaches, lizards and ants. Despite quarterly pest control, in a country house it is impossible to completely eliminate these pests that proliferate across the island. We locals are used to all this type of wild life but we understand that you are not, so to minimize the entry of these animals, keep doors and windows closed at night as they roam and fly during the night.
