On the ground floor of a renovated19th century block, this Residence offers a convenient and confortable stay, fully equiped and with Porto's attractions very close. It offers a Deluxe Studio for 2 + 2 and more two Deluxe Suites for 2 guests each. there is central heating in all the Residence. Smart/cable TV in all rooms as well as refrigerator. Our Deluxe Studio is served by a separated kitchen fully equiped by an indution stove top, fridge, oven, dishwasher and microwave. Deluxe Studio also offers a big amazing relaxing balcony .
Hosting is a natural portuguese feature. We prepared this Residence with all caring and facilities to make our guests as much confortable and happy we can. We are always able to attend your requests and give any assistance you need throught a call/sms/whatsapp.
Here you can find nice coffees, backeries ( next door ), restaurants ( a speacial one next door ), as well as pharmacies and ATMs can be found within a 200 m range. You also can find supermarkets , Minipreço, Lidl, and several small shops around. Places of interest nearby ; The Military Museum ( 200 m ) , The Fine Arts Faculty ( 600m) Sao Lazaro Garden ( 900 m) The Nova Sintra Park at 300 meters, is one of the biggest green areas of the city, offering beautiful views of Douro River and showcasing fountainsback from the XVI century. Heroismo Metro Station is right at our doorstep with direct lines to the airport and Railway Station. Also there is a Bus stop at our door and bus 207 takes you to Crystal Palace gardens, Porto Botanical Garden, Serralves Museum and park , and till Foz do Douro ( River /Ocean). By Metro also can reach Matosinhos city and enjoy beautiful beach and the best seafood restaurants.
