The guest house's homely feel is provided by a welcoming couple of hosts. From an early breakfast to sunset beverages or an evening drink at the bar, they are present making sure you are comfortable and having a relaxing time throughout your stay.

Property info

Where the road ends and the Atlantic Ocean starts you will find this 1896 pink building that will make you travel back in time with its antique furnishings, waxed hardwood floors and stone walls. From the terraces you can go down its steps to the ocean washed sandy beach. Keeping a shabby chic style O Facho Guest House has been run by a family since the early 1980's. A magnificent sea view and breathtaking sunsets are complemented by a well stocked bar and accompanying music. Coming down the beautiful wooden staircase you will hear the classical music and smell the freshly ground coffee from the breakfast room facing the ocean.

The guest house is in a privileged location by the sea close to the capital city Lisbon (1 hour drive) and in close proximity to cultural heritage sites such as Mosteiro de Alcobaça, Mosteiro da Batalha and Óbidos medieval town. It also is located in a renowned surfing area that includes Peniche, Baleal and Nazaré (giant waves).
