Stay as close to the beach as possible. Cabedelo Beach is renowned among Kitesurfers as one of the best places to go. This 2 bedroom duplex with sea and river views is perfect for small families and/or small groups that are looking for a calm neighborhood to spend holidays at. With ferry boat to the city at 200m and the beach at equal distance it's easy to stay here without if you travel with no car, if you're driving you'll find the garage spot very helpful. This 2 bedroom duplex is perched with everything you might need during your stay. Located just next to the beach with sea views from all windows and a small balcony this is the perfect place for your holidays. This apartment is located in a condominium, with access to swimming pool, tennis court, gym and Spa (all of these are extra services). Parking at a reserved garage spot with elevator. Next to good fork restaurants, centers of activities linked to the practice of Surf, Windsurf and Kitesurf, supermarkets and beauty services. We only have as restrictions: No pets allowed; nor is smoking allowed inside the apartment.

Neighborhood info

As close to the beach as you can be, only 500 meters away, with a 2 minute walk you can have your feet in the sand, less than 10 minutes from the city center, surrounded by the river and the sea and with excellent cafes and restaurants for a refreshment, atop being a fairly safe area.
