A two story villa, the downstairs includes a living room accented with tradition volcanic stone walls, a open area with a desk for working, a large bedroom with full mattress overlooking a small orchard; a full bathroom with shower; a beautifully tiled prep kitchen and dramatic “great room” that provides views of the garden, and beyond that the ocean. Upstairs, the hardwood stairs lead to a comfortable sitting area with another desk that offers dramatic views of the ocean. The master bedroom with its queen bed stuns with hardwood floors and built-in closets and full view of the ocean from two windows. The cozy back bedroom overlooks the garden while the full bathroom offers its own vistas out to sea. The house is equipped with cable, internet and television.

David and Ruth are passionate travelers, business owners, and longtime lovers of São Miguel.
